Update for PSA SID807 / SID807EVO driver.

We have implemented real reading for Continental ECUs

– SID807 with micro TC1796 Ext flash ST
– SID807EVO with micro TC1797

mounted on the PSA group.

Possible operations are:

• – Reading
• – Writing
• – Recovery
• – Checksum
